Traffic
in India
is like
yoga practice


There are distractions:
constant noise
excessive movement
approaching obstacles
Jaipur

You must remain
Present
You must exercise
Focus
You must notice
 The Patterns


(For those of us
not accustomed
 to this
there is
the added bonus of
engaging
ALL bhandas
to press
the imaginary brake
under our feet)

the use
of
Breath

Control
of 
Breath
As we are
 reminded of
the exuberance
of life
the nearness
of death

A breath
away

And you thought

it was
only
a tuk-tuk ride?
